Reliance Jio Carries 5G Service, will acquire the acquisition of US company Radish

Reliance Jio, the company that has revolutionized the telecom sector in the country, has started preparations to start the 5G service. The company is in the process of acquiring the full share of American company Radisys for this. Reliance Jio MD Akash Ambani announced this on June 30. Radisys is a global leader in Open Telecom Platform Solutions, according to information provided by RIL Jio's parent company Reliance Industries.

According to this information, Reliance Industries, which owns 100% stake in the company, has to buy 1.72 dollars per share. Mukesh Ambani's eldest son, Akash Ambani, said on the deal that this acquisition would help Geoan to get ahead in the 5th and Internet of Things (IoT). Let us say that on 30th June, Shilokha Mehta, daughter of Akash Ambani and diamond businessman Russell Mehta, has been engaged in dhum-e-Dhoom in Mumbai.

According to information provided by Reliance Industries, the deal has not been received from TRI for this deal. The company expects that the approval for this can be found in the fourth quarter of 2018. The deal will be completed by the end of this year. Bharti Airtel, chief giant Reliance Jio has also prepared for the 5G service. At present, Bharti Airtel is providing 4G upgraded MIMO (Multiple Input Multiple Output) service. This service has been started in Bangalore. MIMO is a technique between 4G and 5G.
