The menu at the party was created by celebrity chefs Rita Dalmia and Popular Italian Restaurant Diwa. Not only that, Ritu Dalmia made a special Gormat pizza for the guest myself. Ritu Dalmiya is the same chef, who had earlier ordered catering for Anushka and Virat Kohli’s wedding. In which she had a meal from Milan, Cheetahani, a fame restaurant in India.

Ambani had a meal in three sections in the house. Italian, Gujarati and Rajasthani Cuisine Fresh Burata, Rikota, Asparagus, and Black Trafal Italians were specially made by the Chef.

Dessert
A different parlor counter was displayed by the Paris World’s Bamak Ladry, where his fame pastry was corn. Apart from Marie Antoinette cake, Praline bomb (a firm combination of almonds and caramelised sugar), Opera (a French cake with
layers of almond sponge cake soaked in coffee syrup, layered with ganache and coffee buttercream, and covered in a chocolate glaze), French toast and their world fame hot chocolate.
